Watch some amazing stories from King Arts
Curing Boredom
Everyone gets bored from time to time. It's what we do with that time that is interesting. Jessica has figured out a way to cure her boredom and enjoy her other hobbies; clothes and hair! When she is bored and doesn't want to clean her room (who does?) she passes the time creating timelapse videos of herself.

Outside of School
Sophia is a 6th graders that uses her iPad outside of school to help her with her hobbies and sports. She is a dancer that records herself to make sure that she is doing the steps correctly.

Opportunities and Experiences
Visual and performing arts has always been a part of who we are; after all we are Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Literary and Fine Arts School. We bring in guest artists throughout the year and expose our students to opportunities that they may never experience. Raymond, a former student expresses how much those experiences have changed his life.
